All staff and technicians are First Aid, CSCS, NRSWA and LANTRA 12D accredited.
CSCS – The Construction Skills Certificate Scheme tests individuals on areas of Health & Safety and issues certification cards which workers carry on-site at all times.
NRSWA – New Roads and Street Works Act – Any technician who installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, or replaces apparatus in or under the street must obtain permits from the highway authority first.
LANTRA 12D – LANTRA 12D is a quality management training scheme designed to ensure that the installation of traffic management is undertaken to industry and nationally recognised standards. Specifically, Sector Scheme 12D is designed for those installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management on rural and urban roads.
All our vans are Chapter 8 compliant. Chapter 8 is an approved set of high visibility markings necessary for any vehicle stopping on UK roads for works or inspection purposes. In addition, our vans include hazard light bars, stand-alone beacons, warning signage and live tracking systems.
All our technicians are issued a Skyguard MYSOS panic alarm fob, which must be carried with them at all times, even when working in teams of two.
