Video surveys provide more accurate data providing digital evidence of the results and ability for future analysis if required. Primarily used to collate traffic data at roundabouts, priority junctions and traffic signals.

ATC – Automatic Traffic Counters

Temporary and permanent traffic counters for classification and speed of vehicles and cycles. ATC’s provide a cost effective way of collecting data over longer periods of time.

Speed Assessments

Utilising the latest radar or laser technology, we are able to monitor highway links in connection with proposed highway developments or speed zone areas. Enabling accurate collection of vehicle speeds at a predetermined location to identify and improve road safety and management.

Public Transport Surveys

All forms of public transport studies undertaken from terminus, station, bus and train counts to interviews, route schedules and journey times.

Parking Surveys

Monitoring parking demand, parking stress and capacity. Allowing more detailed reports to be given when developing parking models. Data primarily presented in MAP INFO or CAD format.

Mobile CCTV

We can install and provide complete stand alone CCTV monitoring cameras which can be placed according to individual client requests and used for both live monitoring or stand alone recordings.

ANPR – Automatic Number Plate Recognition

Providing accurate origin and destination information, journey times and duration of stay. Mobile Digital Night and Day Infrared ANPR capability allowing studies to be undertaken in line with client’s requirements.

Link Counts

Capacity assessment of highway links and verification of temporary or permanent ATC count sites. Analysis conducted by digital video.

Pedestrian Counts

Commissioned to assess pedestrian behaviour and volumes at crossing points, PV², shoppers and event monitoring.

Cycle Surveys

Assessment of cycle routes and highways in conjunction with requirements of SUSTRANS and other highway cycle models.

Street Inventories

Information gathering on fixed highway features and furniture. Presented in MAP INFO or CAD.
